DSAT Television Networks operates on a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once a subscription pack is purchased and the payment is processed, the sale is considered final.
Why We Have This Policy
As a provider of digital content, our products are delivered to you instantly upon purchase. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of our digital service, we are unable to offer refunds or process cancellations for any purchased OTT subscription pack.
Circumstances Not Eligible for a Refund
To ensure clarity, the following is a non-exhaustive list of scenarios for which a refund request will be denied:
- Accidental purchase or a purchase made by mistake.
- A simple change of mind after purchasing.
- Dissatisfaction with the available content library.
- Not using the subscription or any unused portion of the subscription period.
- Technical issues originating from your end, such as an incompatible device, poor internet connectivity, or local network problems.
- Forgetting to cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date (if applicable).

Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a verified technical failure originating from our platform that prevents you from accessing the service for a prolonged period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution. Such resolutions may include an extension of your subscription period but will not be in the form of a monetary refund. You must contact our support team with valid proof of the issue for consideration.
